First days of 2017 (and the day it snowed)

Första dagarna av 2017 har passerat. En morgon möttes jag av den här soluppgången. Första dagen vaknade jag upp med huvudvärk (som tyvärr inte berodde på bakfullhet utan mest troligt att 2016:s stress har kommit ikapp) och försöker förebygga liknande anfall med att gå på yoga och göra morgongymnastik.

The first days of 2017 have passed. One morning this sunrise was greeting me. The very first day, I woke up with a bad headache (which was, unfortunately not caused by a hang-over, but more probable stress) and I am now trying to prevent these kinds of outbreaks by taking yoga classes and do stretching in the morning.
Annars sitter jag mest i en av de här byggnaderna och pluggar till två tentor som jag ska skriva nästa vecka. En i systembiologi och en i biofysikalisk kemi.

Otherwise, I am mostly sitting in one of these buildings and study to two exams I have next week. One of the exam is about Systems biology, and the other one about biophysical chemistry.
Och som ni ser på övre bilden hade det snöat lite imorse i Göteborg.

And as you can see at the picture above, there were some snow on the ground of Gothenburg.
Inte visste vi då att det skulle komma ett ordentligt snöfall. Folk som var utomhus blev vandrade snögubbar, och Kemigården täcktes.

Little did we know then (this morning), that during the day there would be a lot of snow! People outside became walking snowmen, and Kemigården (Chemistry yard) was covered.
Mysigt, ändå!---
Cosy!
Jag har nu tagit mig ut till landet igen för att kunna fira trettondagsafton. Det börjar bli alldeles vitt här också.

I am now in the countryside again to celebrate twelth night tomorrow. It starts to get all white here as well.
Så sitter bredvid granen och hyacinten och försöker plugga istället. Dock något svårare när det finns katter att klappa och mammor och pappor som vill prata.

So I am now sitting beside the Christmas tree and hyacinths, and trying to study instead. Though, it's some what harder since here are cats to pet and parents that want to talk.
